This policy explains what personal data Astrolysis Learning collects and how we use it. Learning is operated by Ganakys Codilla Apps (OPC) Private Limited, which is responsible for your personal data (the data controller / data fiduciary). Learning records are separate from your Astrolysis Readings account, birth profiles and books.
What we collect
- Account data: email address, optional name, language and time zone, and the link to your shared Astrolysis account when connected.
- Learning data: lessons completed, answers, XP, streaks, reviews, certificates and problem reports.
- Birth details you choose to save to your Learning account (date, time and place of birth). These are encrypted on our server and used only to draw your chart.
- Payment data: our payment partners (Stripe, Razorpay) process your payment details. We receive only a subscription reference, the amount and its status.
- Technical data: IP-derived country (to show local prices) and standard server logs.
Temporary setup details in your browser
Optional birth details entered during setup are not written to browser storage. After you finish setup, a same-tab memory handoff can carry them to Learning when you continue sign-in for up to 10 minutes. Reloading, leaving setup and sign-in, or choosing “Discard unsaved birth details” clears that handoff. This is not browser encryption and does not change how server records are retained. Non-birth setup preferences may be remembered in this browser. When you return to Learning, we try to remove birth details from older setup caches; if browser storage access is blocked, clear this site’s saved data in your browser settings.
How we use it
To provide lessons, remember your progress, personalise examples with your chart, process payments, send sign-in codes and service emails, and improve content quality. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and your rights
Use your Learning profile to download your Learning data or request deletion of your Learning account. The download includes your Learning records and shared-account link, not your Readings birth profiles or books.
Learning account deletion removes your Learning account, progress and birth details stored here after the required Learning billing checks complete and any active Learning subscriptions are stopped. Required payment and audit records are retained, including records we must keep for tax and accounting. It does not delete your shared Astrolysis Readings account, Readings birth profiles or books, or cancel a Readings plan.

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, India’s DPDP Act or Brazil’s LGPD) you may have further rights to access, correct or object; contact us to exercise them.
Grievance officer
For privacy questions or complaints, including those under India’s Information Technology Act and Digital Personal Data Protection Act, contact our grievance officer at support@astrolysis.com. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
Cookies
We use a necessary session cookie to keep you signed in and a preference cookie for your language. We do not use advertising cookies.
